Metal Panels Roll-Formed at Your Job Site in Dallas-Fort Worth
Titan Sheet Metal makes and sells metal roofing and siding panels, and we can make them right at your job site. Our roll former turns coil into one-piece panels at the exact lengths your roof needs. Pickup and delivery are available too.

What is on-site roll forming?
Roll forming is how flat metal coil becomes a roof or siding panel. The coil runs through a row of rollers that bend it into shape, and the machine cuts each panel to length.
With on-site roll forming, we bring that machine to you. Your panels are made at the building, in the lengths you need, and go straight from the machine to your crew.
Why roll-form on site?
One piece, eave to ridge
Long roofs get single panels with no end laps, so there are fewer seams where water can get in.
Longer than a truck can haul
Shop-made panels are limited to what can be shipped safely. On site, panels can run much longer.
Less shipping damage
Long panels can bend or scratch on the road. Made on site, they skip the trip.
Less waste
Every panel is cut to the length you need, so there is less scrap to haul away.
What we need at your site
A level spot
A clear, fairly level spot for our truck and roll former, close to the building.
Room to run
Room for panels to come out of the machine at full length.
Truck access
A way for the truck to get in and out.
Someone to receive
Someone on site to receive the panels, and a dry place to store them if they will not go up the same day.

When shop-made panels make more sense
For some jobs, panels made in our Richland Hills shop are simpler. You can pick them up or have them delivered. Not sure which is best for your job? Ask us and we will help you decide.
Shop-made is often simpler for
- Short runs
- Small jobs
- Sites without room for the truck
On-site roll forming questions
Still have a question? Call us at (817) 682-6977 or send your measurements or plans.
How long can on-site panels be?
Much longer than shop-made panels, which are limited by what can be hauled safely, typically about 40 feet. Tell us your longest run and we will confirm.
Do you install the panels?
No. We form the panels on site for your crew or your roofing contractor to install. Need an installer? We can refer you to crews that use our panels.
How much does on-site roll forming cost?
It depends on the size of the job, the distance to your site and the panel profile. Send us your measurements and we will include it in your price.
Where do you roll-form on site?
Across Dallas-Fort Worth from our Richland Hills shop. Building near Austin? Call our Austin location at (512) 810-9745 to ask about your area.
Can you make trim to match?
Yes. We bend trim and flashing in the same colors as your panels, so the whole job matches.
