Quick Turnaround

Most standard trim orders ready in days, not weeks.

Color Matched

Same Berridge coil as your roof or wall panels.

Built to Your Detail

Roofs and walls leak at the transitions, not in the middle of the panel. Flashing and trim keep water out at eaves, rakes, ridges, valleys, parapets and wall intersections. We bend every piece to your dimensions on the shears and brakes in our Richland Hills shop.

Flashing and Trim Profiles We Fabricate

Matching your panels

When trim is bent from the same coil as the roof or wall panels, the color and gloss match exactly and age the same way. Bought your panels from us? We pull trim from the same coil. Panels from another supplier? Bring a sample and we will match it to the nearest Berridge color, or order a custom coil for larger jobs.

Equipment

Our shop runs shears and folding brakes alongside our New Tech Machinery panel lines, so your trim is cut and bent in the same shop that forms your panels.

Minimums and how trim is priced

There is no minimum for standard trim pieces. Custom profiles carry a short setup charge that goes away at volume. Trim is priced by its girth (how much metal is in the piece) and the number of bends, so coping and large pieces cost more than simple trim. Send us your profile drawing, or a photo with measurements, and we will quote by the piece or per foot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have a question? Call us at (817) 682-6977 or send your drawing or plans.

How much does custom metal flashing cost?

It depends on the girth (how much metal is in the piece), the number of bends, the gauge and the material. Coping, wide valley flashing and stainless or copper pieces cost more than standard 24 gauge painted trim. Titan quotes by the piece or per foot from your drawing, so send us a sketch with dimensions or call (817) 682-6977 for a price.

What gauge should roof flashing be?

24 gauge is the standard for valley, step, counter and eave flashing on metal roofs and on commercial work because it is stiff and resists hail. 26 gauge is common on residential shingle roofs and metal-building trim. 29 gauge is a budget option for low-exposure trim. Match the trim gauge to the panel gauge whenever possible.

Can you fabricate flashing from my drawing?

Yes. Send a dimensioned sketch, an architectural detail or a photo of the existing piece. We confirm the bend angles and girth back to you before fabricating.

How fast can I get flashing in Fort Worth?

Standard trim profiles in stock colors are typically ready within a few business days, and small emergency pieces can often be bent while you wait. Custom profiles, custom colors and special-order metals take longer. Call (817) 682-6977 with your deadline and we will tell you what is possible.

Can you match the color of my roof or siding panels?

Yes. We stock the Berridge color line and bend trim from the same coil as our panels. For panels from another manufacturer, bring a sample and we will match to the nearest stock color or order a custom-painted coil for larger quantities.

Do you make seamless gutters?

Yes. We fabricate seamless K-style and box gutters run to length, with matching downspouts, in the same colors as our roofing and trim.

What is the difference between step flashing and counter flashing?

Step flashing is a series of L-shaped pieces woven into the roofing courses where a roof meets a wall. Counter flashing is the piece that laps over the top of the step flashing and is set into or against the wall so water running down the wall cannot get behind the step flashing. Both are needed at chimneys and side walls.
